Seller TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LMAM Pty Ltd SELLER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. By booking a Love Me Again Market stall through Humantix you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions of LMAM Pty Ltd. 

  2. By entering a LMAM Pty Ltd market venue you are agreeing to being filmed on our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts for promotional purposes. 

  3. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes including social media advertising, print materials and more. 

  4. The seller is in charge of running their stall on the day, including set-up, management of the stall during market hours and bump-out. 

  5. The seller will receive 100% of their earnings based on the payment methods they choose to accept on market day.

  6. Your booking includes access to two heavy duty retail racks OR one heavy duty retail rack and one trestle table in an assigned market stall location. Please see your stall booking for which configuration you have booked.

  7. No chairs, tables or additional racks/display furniture is to be brought into the market venue. LMAM Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove these. 

  8. The seller is responsible for arriving on time for a safe bump in. A cut off time of 7:30am is in place and entry will not be allowed after this time for safety and security reasons. 

  9. The seller is responsible for bump-out of their stall in a timely manner at 12pm on market day (unless otherwise advertised) 

  10. The seller must ensure the safety of their items for the duration of the market. LMAM Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen. 

  11. LMAM Pty Ltd provides access to a Try On Register for sellers to note items being tried on, it is the sellers responsibility to print and use the register to track their items on market day. 

  12. The seller is responsible for pricing and displaying their items on market day, this includes supplying their own hangers. 

  13. The seller must ensure all items for sale are in a clean, good saleable condition and that they disclose any issues with items to potential buyers. 

  14. LMAM Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for the authenticity of items sold by sellers. The seller is responsible for providing authenticity certificates for high valued items if reasonably requested by customers. 

  15. As a seller at Love Me Again Market you agree to provide a safe and clean space in your stall for customers to shop safely. 

  16. The seller must ensure all suitcases and storage containers are returned to vehicles before event doors open to keep all floor space clear. 

  17. The seller has access to seating throughout the market venue, though these must not be held and are to be shared amongst sellers. 

  18. The seller must ensure the racks are kept in their assigned position for the duration of the market. 

  19. LMAM Pty Ltd does not encourage the sale of fast fashion labels such as Shein and Fashion Nova in our boutique. 

  20. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure all items are collected on bump out. LMAM Pty Ltd is not responsible if you notice items ‘missing’ after you leave our market. 

  21. By booking a ticket, you are signing a contract that you agree to the terms above. 

  22. If you are sharing your rack, by agreeing you are by default agreeing to the terms and conditions on behalf of both rack hirers. 

  23. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your clothes are safe with us, however LMAM Pty Ltd takes no responsibility if an item is damaged, lost or stolen, or if there is a fire, water damage or other unforeseen situations. 

  24. LMAM Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any time.
