LMAM Pty Ltd CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Entry into a Love Me Again Market market day is $3 per person, unless otherwise advertised. 

  2. By entering a LMAM Pty Ltd market venue you are agreeing to being filmed on our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts for promotional purposes. 

  3. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes including social media advertising, print materials and more. 

  4. As a customer of LMAM Pty Ltd, you must ensure you adhere to the shopping rules as displayed throughout the venue. 

  5. Each stall is run by an individual person, known on the day as a seller. 

  6. If you wish to make a purchase, please do so with that seller before moving on to another stall. 

  7. If you wish to try something on, please check with each seller first. They may ask you for personal details to note to ensure the security and safe return of the item. 

  8. Ensure each item is returned to the correct stall after try-on. 

  9. All sales on the day are final, unless you are able to negotiate otherwise directly with the seller. 

  10. All customers are to ensure they do their due diligence on all sales. LMAM Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for change of mind or incorrect purchases. 

  11. LMAM Pty Ltd does not take any responsibility for the authentication of items. Customers are to do their research and due diligence before making any purchase from a seller. 

  12. LMAM Pty Ltd is unable to provide the details of sellers for privacy reasons. 

  13. The seller is in charge of all sales on the day and will decide whether they choose to accept cash, bank transfer or any other means of payment. 

  14. LMAM Pty Ltd staff reserve the right to ask you to leave a venue if you are acting in a way that is deemed inappropriate. 

  15. By entering a market venue, you are signing a contract that you agree to the terms above. 

  16. LMAM Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any time.
